If you read a little more in thiw section you will see that Using MS to control the MSD box is a better way to control spark. When Using MSNS to control the coil, the spark tends to be too weak and gets blown out when your over 16psi boost.

what you do is take the trigger wires from MS and run them direct to the MSD trigger inputs. In MS you need to invert the spark signal since your going directly to a ignition box.

The ignition boxes do still have some characteristics that the MS cant duplicate like spark intensity and multiple sparks per cycle.
