From the back of the UEGO Gauge, with partnumber 10-4000, 30-4111,4112,4121, and 4211:

Red: 12V Power
Black: Chasis Ground
White: 0-5v output for standalone input
Blue: Serial Output

The rest goto the Bosch Laser calibrated O2 sensor...
