I think that is pretty common with adjustable FPR's. My Bell and Vortech both did it a little. My Aeromotive leaks a little, but not enough to make a sound or cause any issues. My Greddy BOV leaks a little vaccum at its adjustment screw also. I checked them with a vacuum tool (used to bleed brakes). Teflon tape sounds like a good solution. You can also buy serrated lock washers with an internal rubber ring.
