Thanks for the advice, but as a "retired" insurance agent, I know all about the rules of coverage, subro, and small claims process. The problems arise out of the two vehicles covered by the same carrier and getting incorrect information from the girl who hit me. I know this sounds crazy, but I doubt I would sue my carrier if it meant they would drop me and I would have to get coverage elsewhere. My agent is that good.

Right now, I'm fairly certain I'll be getting some money out of this, but I'm waiting to hear from people with confirmation. I'll post up when I get the news...
