So sadly for my DD Intake manifold install, as you all know I have run into many problems, that could of been avoided if it wasn't my DD. But do to much quick thinking and shotty work I solved most my problems!!! The windshield wiper reservoir still not solved, but I will save that for another day. As shown above I had to relocate the throttle cable. Also learned I had to modify the cover over the bracket to accept the new cable location As shown before I was having problem with heater hose length. I went into the shop and got an adapter and some hose clamps, than went to my part out car and stole the heater hoses off. Here is what I rigged up After getting the one hose perfect, I found the other one had decent length once moved around more, so took MB's advice and tied it away from contact with the manifold With most my problems solved I wanted it running so moved to the point of putting on the intake. Even though I have a tiny battery, the damn holder was providing much fitment problems, drove back to work, borrowed the saw and took care of my problem Now I am having some slight problems getting things 100% because of this damn cable? whats it to and any ideas what to do about it? I have everything in place, but like I said would be more happy if I had the room this black cable blocked But I know what you really want to hear, and here it is! (in the build thread)
