okay i dont really know why oil would be coming out of your filter, someone will eventually come on and explain haha, but i do know the pcv valve is the hose on the left that connects to the Intake Manifold. Now the only explanation i could think of for oil coming out your filter is...actually it doesnt make any sense, the only thing connected to it is the breather hose with sucks in air, so that can't be it, and the only other input is through the Intake manifold, now why would oil come back up, also impossible, i think the oil is either not oil or not relavent to the blue smoke. blue smoke usually means bad headgasket, so i recommend you get your cylinders compression tested which someone on here will ask for anyway!! How many miles are on the car? If it has more than 100k with a factory (Stock) head gasket then most likly its the headgasket!
