what exactly do you meanm in this statement:
"shop over 1700 1000 is to machine the block for .20
5600"
are you saying your shop wants 1700 to machine the block? or 1000? either number is way too high i think. you should only be paying a few hundred for the machine work on teh block and another few hundred for the labor to install the bottom end kit. no way should you be paying 1700 for that. but what number goes to what?
