Although Scandalous did not scam me on this forum, none the less, people should at least know what he has been up to on other forums. I contacted him and worked out a deal. I sent money USPS overnight on 07/16/06 The money I sent was to cover parts, shipping and etc. Im august, he told me that they were shipped, but there was a problem at the UPS store. Sept. comes around, he told me that he still had not packed the parts up and that he was looking for boxes. I find it very interesting that he shipped them before packing them. Come November, I received a few parts, a few used gaskets, an exhaust manifold, and a wastegate. the Manifold I understand is used, but the welds in a number of paces were cracked. I sent the wastegate to the shop and have it inspected, it turns out that the diaphragm in torn and blown of of its seat. This leads to more avoided phone calls and ignored emails. At this point I file a suit to take him to court. A court date is sent and I still get no response from him. About 10 days before he is required to appear in court I start getting emails asking to cancel the subpoena and more parts arrive. Finally, its over after 6+ months of waiting right? No, not all of the parts were there. Ah, the all mighty turbo is here, but its in need of repair. Like a fool, I cancled the court date with 1 day to spare with the promise that I will be sent money to repair the parts, and that the BOV is on its way, and a set of used cams are coming to make up for the amount of time and trouble that has gone on. I was paypaled the money, but I am still waiting for the BOV and cams. The BOV has been listed for sale here, and on another forum. The cams have been listed here and on an other forum aswell.

I appologise for hijacking the thread in the forsale section, but I really dont want anyone else to get screwed over by this kid.
