I sold him my HRC stage 1 kit back in Feb. We agreed on $1k and he would do the swap from my car to his. After 3 months I finally got my car back from him, with a cracked exhaust mani. and hadnt gotten any money from him.

He gave me 300 in May and gave me his header since the exhaust mani. was cracked that he had put on my car. I agreed to let him pay me 600 (instead of 700), since he had spent some money on parts for my car.

Since then, he rarely ever answered his phone, wont reply to my emails or pm's, and doesnt return voicemails.

In the past 2 months he hasnt spoken to me or emailed me at all, ignores all my phone calls, etc. He stills owes me the $600 and wont even respond to me.

He seemed like a nice guy, but I'll never deal with him again.

I'm at the point of having contacted a lawyer and sueing him.
