I sent the money for a Polished Heat shield on January 13th. For about a week I didn't receive any info. When I emailed her I got a response back saying that she had been sick and would get it out. A couple of days went by and I finally recieved a tracking number but none of the shipping numbers recognized it. Turns out that I was too fast, USPS hadn't entered it yet. Today, 2/2 I received the package. The heat shield was wrapped in foam, but it was a little to loose for my liking only have popcorn foam as filler. The shield itself while polished has some black paint on the face which I will need to clean off.
I didn't want to put her in the bad guy section because I did get what I payed for. But I'm a big stickler on communication. An email during her being sick even a one liner or or something on 2GNT would have been nice. Of course I don't know how sick she was.
I'd buy from her again, however I would require more contact and UPS rather than USPS and better packing/packaging.
