#4309, "my new A604 still goes to limp mode. Torque converter?"

Q for experts.

Subj: Eclipse 95 nonturbo, automatic, 147000 miles

Story: I have changed tranny after it switched to limp mode at
60 mph and get burned.
Bought a used (rebuilt 12000 miles ago) one from decent man.
Put it on my car together with all sensors but I left old
torque converter (idiot)

Now I have same issues as with old A604 before it dead:
1. rought shifting( kick when I shift from N to D)
2. kick when it goes from gear to neutral (when I decelerate)
3. switch to limp mode after minute or two

AMCCO people told me that the tranny is OK, the problem is
somewhere else. What chance of that?! They say that becouse
ther scanner did not pick up any codes.

Chrysler dealership mechanic got 6 codes : first is 37,
something with solenoids. He is sure tranny is dead.

Q: Can it be torque converter? Or electrical with cables?
These things I did not swap.

Really appreciate any ideas
