I live in Kansas but we have ALOT of kids in Civics,Stangs,Camaros, ect... w/ Parent's money. Most of the fill gas stations full and cause probs w/ cops. I kinda feel for them b/c they have nowhere to go. Some of them are going to get people killed with the way they drive. Does anybody reside in San Diego that could tell me about the Code 4 thing?
