I live in Kansas but we have ALOT of kids in Civics,Stangs,Camaros, ect... w/ Parent's money. Most of the fill gas stations full and cause probs w/ cops. I kinda feel for them b/c they have nowhere to go. Some of them are going to get people killed with the way they drive. Does anybody reside in San Diego that could tell me about the Code 4 thing? A friend of mine just came back from San Diego and he was telling me that the parking lot at the stadium ( I think he said Quallcom but i might be thinking of something else) is turned into a drag stip with a tree and everything at night and the cops will come out and use the radar guns to clock people and estimate time.

see I've been saying that for a long time! They just need to have cops and shit supervise it, close a public street or parking lot, and let people race for free. No more probs w/ street racing. Atleast very little!
