Uh my 95 Neon 420A has 2 1/4" exhaust.

I'm pretty sure all Neons are not 420A. 420A means DOHC, SOHC got a different engine desination I think.

The Neons have one more advantage, smaller diameter wheels. With that it effectively gives them a high final drive ratio. Which gives them thge upper hand in acceleration and us in top end... especially with their 120 fuel cut off just race past 120 and you will win! Unless they have a nice computer in there...
