Unfortunately, the siren and the remotes are not covered under DEI's lifetime warranty. You will have to buy a new siren, but all is not lost!
When you replace your siren, consider the different options that you have. There are many siren types and I would recommend using a combination of sirens.
If you plan on using more than 2 sirens, you will need to have a relay put on the siren output wire from your alarm. Typically, the alarm brains will only provide sufficient power for 2 sirens.
I've just recently installed a siren with a back-up battery in it. This siren is pretty cool, since cutting the power to the siren or car battery will trigger the siren.
