There's something wrong with your set-up if two shielded wires touching each other is causing a issue. I'd say your headunit isn't properly grounded and you're running too much current ground through your antenna or something. It's hard to tell without being right there but I've been putting radios into cars for years and NEVER heard of a remote wire touching a radio antenna and getting noise in the amp because of it.
