Now thats an interesting idea.
It may sound weird but its true, anyone who has installed all kinds of different systems would know. that if you fire subs towards the back of the vehicle then the bass sounds better outside the front with windows down. If fired at front of the car, then bass sounds better outside the rear. You can tell when a car passes you with its system on, which way his subs a firing by how the bass sounds before and after he passes you. So if your friends ultimate goal is for people to hear him coming from a mile away then fire subs at rear of cab.
