Thanks guys.

It may look plain, well, because it is. I just wanted a long runner, header design manifold.

Nothing crazy here, just something that will flow nicely.

Lookin good mike! While your fabbing things up think about a heat sheild around your power stearing pump or you'll end up like I did... apparently the fluid likes to boil when the runners are that close and next thing you know your ripping the whole damn system out cuz the pump is fried...

Oh, and I threw on of these on my starter also:

http://www.jegs.com/p/Thermo+Tec/744857/10002/-1

I had some heat soak issues at first with that also. It sucks when you run to the gas station for a soda then get stuck there for 20 min with your hood open and fans on cuz everything under the hood is slowly being broiled... Of course anyone on here that has built their own turbo mani will probably agree with me when I say that chrysler put the starter in a "wonderful" spot...

Creative thinking? Ingenuity? Hell, It's just an obsession!

99 Eclipse GS turbo: MSpowered, everything custom built, 223.8 HP-199.8 TQ @8psi through auto-tranny. The first time around...

Yeah i did the same thing and wrapped the starter....I saw that one comming..lol

Looks like a good start. Becareful, your not leaving yourself many options for downpipe routing.

Exactly right Terry. That is why I ripped it all back apart and ground off all my tack welds, lol. Starting with something new tomorrow. There was no way I was fitting my 3" dp in there, lol.

my take.....leave 3-4 the way they are. take 1-2 under 3-4 above the starter and tight 90 them down to where you plan on merging them. do it creatively and they will still be equal length.
