OWNED. Watch the other DSM video on there w/ the "11 sec" 1G that is pretty stock and he bets $100 that he can beat a low 12 second Talon. Also on that same video they show an AWD 4G63 Stratus vs a swapped Civic. -Dave

That was his own damn fault for boosting 35psi. Rediculous . Then trying to throw nitrous at it, come on. That shop also didn't seem to really know much either, that's the way it appeared to me. Then that kid tried to pick up the pieces!

The whole goal of that car was to see how far the stock bottom end could go. It runs on Megasquirt and is tuned by one of the most knowledgeable Megasquirt tuners. The car ran an 11.9 earlier this season but I'm not sure what horsepower he was at then.

There was a guy on DSMlink forums who put down 550AWHP on his stock bottom end. He ran it for quite a while and several passes on the track before it finally gave out.

He still runs it. It gave out last time due to a vac hose popping off.

My reason behind them not knowing much is because that kid in the car should have shut it down immediately upon seeing that boost go past 25 psi, then it pegged at 35 psi. Them knowing it's a STOCK 7 bolt and keeping on it at that much boost is insanely stupid. Sure they were trying to reach a goal, but that's rediculous.
