I don't have any personal experience with them, but friends with em say they aren't too bad traction wise. As for life though, don't drive em with shitty camber, you'll be buying new tires every two months.

I will never buy another Kuhmo again. They suck ass in the water and snow, and they are lasting TOO long in my opinion. We have been trying to wear them down so we can replace them, but they just won't die! I have yokos on my eclipse, I won't buy another brand of tire again.

jason, are you feeding your tires and wheels to your eclipse again? i haven't had any experience with the cheapo's but i do like my 712's. i'm from teh south too so the snow scares me but rain seems fine. later

I have the Kumho Ecsta Supras. They work fine with me. My camber was a bit off but I didn't wear it down that bad. Seems to work fine in rain too. So far so good.

I liked my Kumho's about a year ago, but the fronts are starting to wear down pretty badly. But I also drive my car pretty aggressively, especially around the turns beggin to burn up the tires.
I've had really no problems with the tires. They've actually performed very nicely in the rain for me, but are beyond pathetic in the snow. I think they'd wear pretty nicely if you didn't run them badly. I've been very bad about tire rotation, meaning never, but given that, the rears are still in great shape.

when i had my ecsta supras on my 18's I loved them. I never drove them aggresively in the rain, so I can't comment there.. but yea.. don't even bother driving in snow. Getting out and walking would be faster and safer.

right now i'm on bald drag radials and 14" tires that are showing threads. Trust me, nothing is worse on snow, and i dont really care anyway..my car is a trailer queen now.

I have kuhmo ecsta supras on my 17's but i only drive on them in the summer. Traction was great for handling - well better than my bald 14's heh - they do seem a little shitty in the rain.
They've never seen snow so I couldn't tell ya.
Good luck either way

i have had those on my 17s for two years now or even more, they grab hard on dry and last a lifetime, still got about 60-70% thread, to me they look new. Keep on like this and i will have them for 2 more years. rain is ok, just take it easy. no snow where i live though.
