Something is Definitely wrong with my car.
My baby wont go passed 4 K in RPM'S.

What happens when you get to 4K RPM's? Are you getting fuel cut and the car falls flat on its face, or does the car just stay at 4K RPM's and refuse to go any higher? Does the car idle normally, and drive normally under 4K RPM's?

I have a missing link,(97) and under driving
conditions it's the same way.
It goes to 4k in RPM'S and just holds
ground with a little hesitation.
Under idle after its warmed up it idles
for about 10min straight then starts
dying out untill I press the gas.

THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ALL YOU GUYS HELP

Try unplugging the TPS and seeing how it idles and drives.

If the car wont idle when the TPS is unplugged use the set screw to adjust the stop point accordingly.
