I bought 2 rear struts from him. I said make sure they arent blown cuz who needs those. Sold them to me for $30 shipped which was a great price for working struts, but the struts he sent me were blown. Asked for $20 refund, wouldnt even give me that. Poor business trades

Quick question: How exactly are you making the determination that they are blown? Are they leaking?

I'ver had people tell me that a brand new factory strut was failed, simply because they had no idea what they were talking about.

Purchased a few odds and ends from him (coil pack, plug wires, IAC, TPS).

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt on the coil pack (flat pin, not round pin) since I didn't ask, but I had issues with two other parts.

Plug wires - one of the internal connectors inside the boot was lying in the box. It wasn't even attached to the plug wire.

IAC - strectched so far open that it didn't even fit in the throttle body.

The only usable part I received was the TPS.

Buyer beware!
