the best think to do is sand the plastic panel down till there smooth then prime it and spray with a spray gun . no spray paint will ever come close to looking as good as car paint .

my advice is just go to a junkyard or a parts car and take the entire interior because painting the panels is a waste of time and money and is sorta corny. this is coming from a man who painstakingly painted my entire tan interior black then realizing it was too shiny to look stock and then swapped in new tan panels lol... now my car has been sitting.......when i get some money itll be back though....
shit:(

Thank you for those of you who were able to give me some advice. Sorry that some of you think its lame to ask a question over. I DID look at some old post thank you very much, but I didnt really get the help I wanted and I figured it doesnt hurt to ask. Im gonna stick to my regular forum where you dont get attitude from people who dont know the answer to questions.:bash

sorry but repainting the interior is in the top 3 most posted topics here in the int/ext section...and i KNOW there are plenty of subjects that i have witnessed with my own eyes that goes into detail about technique, supplies, and tips on repainting the interior. nobody is griping at you, they told you to search. nobody is bashing on anyone because they dont know they answer...its just quite pointless to regurgitate post after post of the same stuff. hence....searching. 2gnt is all about helping those who help themselves. we are not here to hold everyones hand and walk them through it. this has been discussed at length and i saw nothing in your post that hasnt been answered at least 50 times or more.
its too bad you feel the need to not come back simply because some members here actually asked you to do your own homework :shrug

I wasn't trying to be a bitch or anything. But I was hoping that maybe you had some updated info on any products that had come out (such as SEM which i learned all about on dsmcanada but it wasnt mentioned here) This stuff is awsome and I have already completed all the vinal with it. I DID my homework THANKS....I was just hoping people would post some pics of their completed work so I can see how some colour schemes work together, since I havent decided which colour to do the decals and gauges yet. I really find this site difficult to reasech on because the format of posts is reversed from forums i am used to. I just wasnt prepared to have people telling me to go back and read stuff that I cant find (like I said it is difficult for me to find stuff on this forum) But i went to dsmcanada and got lots of help there, and even worked with some of the guys on the bored.

First off SEM paint has been mentioned on this board about a million times at least. Ever since I joined this board back in 02...SEM paint was always talked about.
All I did was use the search and these came right up along with at least 20 more pages of the same!
