The car looks a little bit different now--the tint is WAY darker (15% OVER 15% all around and 30% windshield)

Very nice. I like the color. Very clean looking. I like how you painted the lip on the rims. My car would look good like that. You may have the same rims as me...are the the Motegi DP8's or maybe the DP7's, I dont remember, haha.

Right now the car is pretty much stock N/A with some bolt ons. The FMIC is what I like to call an "interfooler" lol. It was turbo'd in the past as well as been on the bottle. When it was turbo it ran somewhere around a 9 flat in the 1/8th mile. When it was on the bottle it ran a best of I think an 8.6-8.7 1/8 mile (?) give or take a tenth. I'm going to college right now so reliability is my main concern. Slow and clean is how I'm rolling now. I'll still post pics up if you guys would like. The interior is all original--BLACK LEATHER BABY! Its a 99 and is minty fresh inside other than a few stains on the carpet.

The color is 350Z burnt orange with Tangelo Pearl mixed in. The car definitely pops! Ask Amit he has seen it in person!

The rims are made by Lucca-not sure of the model

I'm in the process of building a HIGH comp n/a + spray (big shot) 2.4 with a built LSD tranny.

Nah man the intercooler is cool just chillin there lol. It looks good and I never took it out from when it was turbo'd. I barely beat on my car when it was on boost so a-lot of people don't know it has been "de-turbo'd" haha

The plan for me was to still be fast and reliable. For my particular application and situation, high comp n/a + spray would be more logical. My plan was to use srt crank/rods with forged 12:1 pistons. A direct port 125 shot was my plan for when I go out to race. Being turbo would be more expensive, and less reliable--NO MATTER HOW WELL ITS BUILT. And plus, everyone turbo's their shit. I wanna hold it down for the few N/A guys. Boost=Overrated, even tho I love boost

You can still be reliable (ok, somewhat reliable) if you just do a modest build, for that extra ooomph. Know what I mean?

Nonetheless, AMAZING color, whoever did the paint on that sure knows how to shoot a car right.

The car looks amazing from 20ft---fuck even 5ft away and it photos exceptionally well. HOWEVER, they left some nasty tape lines (they didn't remove my glass ) and sanding marks on it, and my gut feeling is telling me they skimped on the clear. It shines like a bitch don't get me wrong, but it just doesn't have the depth I want it to have. I am currently wet-sanding the entire car myself and am having a well known painter shoot a shit-ton of clear on is as well as the wheels to make it look nice and drippy wet. Pics will be posted and I promise interior shots will be taken and put up this weekend at the latest.

F'n sweet, props keepin it stock and amazingly clean. Luv the Motegi DP10's I'm going with the same not as huge, Tires are expensive.

While you are working on it again then, fix that left front fender, up by the headlight. Looks like its either pushed out, or the bumper cover didnt get mounted right.

I can assure you they're are not motegi. My friend has motegi dp10s on his gst and the offset is different. I would take a picture of my centercaps for you but they were painted over. Enkei also makes a similar rim--but to someone who always looks at them I can tell the difference

Its non-turbo right now people! FMIC is still in there from when it was. The bumper doesn't fit tight against the fender because I didn't cut enough of the bumper for the FMIC. If I cut more/take the FMIC out it will fit fine.

They are not Motegi DP10's or whatever...They are Lucca's--not sure of the model. They are 18 X 7.5(I think)

carpet is stained...I detail cars and believe me, I tried everything! A/P, Cabin Clean, Oxy Clean, Extracted it multiple times, Thinner, etc...nothing pulls the stains up. The engine bay was clean--until it got painted. I could care less about the engine bay right now-its nothing to show off so I leave it alone

No offense, intended but turbo wing sans turbo = poseur. Put the turbo back on!

Nice car man. Very clean! So is my strut tower bar on backwards or is yours lol mine is turned the other way so my bar is closer to the firewall. It probably doesnt matter I guess. Anyway nice choice on the color I love it.

yea timing belt cover is not needed...maybe to those of you that have debris flying around in your engine bay but last time I checked I didn't have that problem
