Nope, no gaskets. I've never had a leak anywhere except at where the downpipe connects to the cat. Thats aboutthe only gasket you should replace. Being a 95, you might want to think about the exhaust manifold. Usually you can re-use them but if its that old you might want to replace it. FMU has to be straight? I've never heard that before.
