Nope, no gaskets.
I've never had a leak anywhere except at where the downpipe connects to the cat. Thats aboutthe only gasket you should replace. Being a 95, you might want to think about the exhaust manifold. Usually you can re-use them but if its that old you might want to replace it.
FMU has to be straight? I've never heard that before. Hell, mine is totally sideways in the back of my car
