McCullough does not make the harness I am talking about. They make an Igniter that starts the HIDs. This is the alternative to mounting it inside the balast like Philips and Hella does. You still put strain on your ballast by using the stock wiring harness from your car becuase it does not support enough power during the warm-up period. I have a chart that shows the power that is needed during warm-up and the amount of power stock wiring gives out. This is a precautionary step to protect the balasts. So for those who have aftermarket kits, these benefit you greatly. And just to let you know, the cost in supplies is alot and I make very little money off this $10-$15 if that after its packaged and shipped, I am just trying to provide a service because this is something everyone should have as a safe guard to protecting your HIDs
