Hello, not sure if this belongs in The Pits or not but Im sure it will be moved if so. Anyway, It seems like every few months I am replacing my Clutch master cylinder. I mean sure it has a year warranty so its free each time but it gets really old changing the part. I am doing it the way the Haynes manual describes and it has become very easy for me to do. They always seem to leak all over the inside of my firewall. I have the lovely brown stain on the carpet now from the fluid. I was just wondering if there was a better place/maker to get the part from. I have been going to Advance. I think it has to be one of the O-rings inside of the part. There are two and I got a hunch its the rear one(closest to the firewall) is there anyway to make the part better? like better O-rings or something of the sort. Does anyone else have a problem that always comes back? Thanks for your time.
