im almost positive its the TOB...but im not too worried about it. if it squeals it does... maybe it'll just scare away the little kids. but as far as "there-ness" goes.. im there except for the little cosmetic upgrade of replacing a worn out shifter knob and the lack of a boot..one thing i did notice that was missing from the writeup is that i did have to change the flex plate cover to one for the MTX to get all the right bolt holes. otherwise everything else was about as straight forward as you can get. and i must say im liking it. great mod.
