right once again sorry about the vagueness of my post (at working trying to do actual work at same time posting.) the reason it didn't throw a code the second time is cause it had sat over night and then trailored to the shop. so it was actually not in limp mode when the shop hooked it up to the computer. i mean truthfully i am thinking the heat sensor is what could be causing the whole thing cause the guy said it was bad but didn't replace it. so hence when driving for like 45 mins to an hour it f**ks up and then i let it sit, tranny cools down, and then it goes back to normal. hey i appreciate all the input from you guys you are getting me a step closer to getting this problem resolved and oh yeah infiniti you get my vote on your thread
