#761, "RE: 1/4 mile time with mods" In response to In response to 5
i was just looking at some previous post and went to a site that calculates your times based on different factors. it said i should do around 11.07 in the 1/8 with basic mods, intake and exhaust. when i looked at an old post, the driver had the same two mods and ran a 11.04. so based on these numbers, i should do a 17.32 in the 1/4 with just intake and exhaust. throw in the other mods and the weight reduction and the 1/8 is dropped to 10.59 and the 1/4 16.63. when i did my mid 11 run in the 1/8 the track was up hill, i had lack of oil in my motor, thus the knocking rod on the bearing, and didn't know how to launch. so i'm hoping for the 16's on my go. but yeah, i will let you guys know how it goes. later
