Don't know what the actual specs on the regrinds are. They added more mid range than top end. The base circle was ground about 0.057", but the rest of it was left pretty much alone. Which means that I should be getting about that much more lift with the lifters shimmed up. I noticed that the car is still running out of air basically at the top end. The ported intake manifold will cure that issue.
The only other thing I am considering doing right now is to remove the catalytic converter. It's a 2.5" high flow, but I'm sure it's still creating a lot of back pressure.
