Welcome dude, glad you joined the forum. As we both know I have been following the videos on YouTube and have been impressed with the progress. How's tuning coming along with the AEM FIC? Not a very common tuning tool for the 2G, so I'm sure I am not the only person on here anxious to hear about your results.

So far its running pretty good. I didn't install the wastegate valve seat in my last video so it wasn't running too good and had a sluggish boost but now its running much better. I still need to mess with the tuning but it runs pretty good with the auto injector adjustment the FIC offers. I need to recheck my boost controller and see if its hooked up right because im over boosting right now(my ic pipe popped off at 15psi on the way home). I just haven't had a chance to mess with the data log yet.

Nice. Glad to hear things are coming along. Keep in mind that if you want to push it to over 15psi, you are going to have to tune spark too. The stock ignition map is good to about 15-16psi on a smaller turbo like the 16G. I forget exactly what size you are running, but I believe it is bigger. If I were you, I wouldn't be pushing more than 12-13psi without retarding spark. Keep it safe bro. The last thing you want to do is tear it all apart for a rebuild.

Yeah your right. I turned it down to 10 psi for now until I break it in and tune the fic.

Whats a good base fuel pressure to leave it at. I have mine set to 50 psi at idle and 60+ under boost. With 450cc injectors is that a good setting?
