I've run the green and the evoIII16g (ported). I've also run the red (7cm). Of the three, I love the 16g for a street turbo. I had full boost of 19psi before 3k. Held power nicely through the range. The green hit around 4.5k but it hit hard. Lots O' power up top. The red hit near 4.5k also (but that was 9.6 comp) but she broke loose all 4 tires (stockers)in 3rd gear not even at WOT. Lots more power.
Each turbo had different set-ups so they were also dependent on the set-up. My favorite, by far, was the 16g. Power enough to break 4 tires lose. Catch full spool pretty quickly. Really nice STREET turbo.
As for the "30" line, I haven't owned any yet but, I have dealt with them on friends set-ups and they are some pretty versatile turbos. But they too had a higher spool up than the 16g. BUT the guys pulled some pretty good power out of them. So if the little bit of extra spool time is fine with you, you should be comfortable with the 3065 (keeping in mind that the spool up is dependant on your set-up also).
