#99435, "Booost here I come....."

Wo0t, I ordered the last peice of my turbo kit (like there will ever be a "last" peice) the other day. I have peiced together:

Turbonetics T3/T4 Turbo
Treadstone I/C and Piping (w/silicon and T-bolts)
Greddy Type RS
Tial 38mm (8.7psi Spring)
Vortech SFMU
All the stainless steel line a man can have.
Oil pressure, boost, EGT, fuel pressure, and AEM UEgo Gauges
Mandrel Bends for d/p (2.5)" and all flanges, flex and bungs.
Star Manifold, ceramic coated.
30# Injectors (Accel)
walbaro 255hp
2.5" Test pipe.
...and all the little bits and peices.

Once the weather warms up I will be installing and i am pumped. Any advice/suggestions before i begin?? I cannot wait to be boosted, just thought I would share.

Take your time during the install and check over everything 10 times before you fire it up.

And dont forget to make sure you put oil in it and prime the turbo before first start up.

Word, what do you mean by prime it? I know about the oil... and I am going to make sure I have a ton of time to do the entire install so that I do not rush.

Take the oil feed line off the turbo feed, and put the line in a jug. Undo the fuel or spark relay and turn the engine over until you get some oil coming out of the line into the jug.

Hook the line back up, then do it again with it hooked up the turbo though this time.

Then fire it up.

After initial start-up let the car run for a bit idling, while you check over your oil connections. Give the car a few quick revs to up the oil pressure and make sure everything is sealing up. Let things run at operating temp to make sure you're good to go!

I'm sure you know this but be sure you're full of premium gas.
