I was reinstalling all my turbo stuff when I noticed something. I shook my Wastegate and it sounds like something was loose inside...It still holds the pressure so i think the spring is still intact...Is it safe to take it apart? Just unscrew all the philips at the top going around it or is that spring going to explode on me? Sorry for the n oob question, it just sounds weird, sounds like a small pebble just rolling around inside...

Take the screws out. Do your self a favor and mount it to the manifold first and back the adjustment screw all the way out. The spring is still going to force the top off the wastegate so hold it down tightly. This is obviously why i tell you to mount it on the car then take it apart.

I took my deltagate apart many times and each time after all the screws where out it wouldn't pop open or anything. I would have to tap on it to get the top to break loose, then stuff would fly. But anyways there's a nut inside there, which is probably what you're hearing rattling around
