95 GS 5sp in the midst of a turbo install. Using GSgoinFast's write-up for instructions. Here's what I'll be running:

.48 A/R T3 from 2.2 80's mopar (modified w/ compressor housing from a saab, turbine & internal wg housing from ebay, think its a mercedes setup with 2.5" 3-bolt exhaust opening. wg actuator is stock 2.2 mopar)

1g intercooler (mounted behind passenger side bumper)

1g bov

hacked up AEM V2 CAI for turbo intake and elbow pipe off of TB (air filter mounted behind drivers side of bumper)

vortech 12:1 fmu

walbro 255lph pump

missing link

IC pipes are 1.75" exhaust pipe and same dia radiator hose for couplers. (yeah, pretty ghetto)

Other mods not turbo specific are MP 60mm TB, MSD coil & wires and a B&M short thro shifter. Anything not mentioned is stock.

Anyone see any potential problems with this setup? I would like to run around 5psi. I had some difficulty mounting the wg actuator so it reaches the swing valve arm. I ended up having to drill some new holes in the wg bracket and shimming it out some. Is it alright if the plunger for the wg is extened a bit? I wasn't sure if I needed the missing link... Also I was wondering if I could use the nipple on the AEM pipe to the TB that was used for the crank case vent for vacuum/boost lines.

All that is left is fabricating a downpipe and welding the bung onto the oil pan for oil return.

If anyone has any advice for me on what to look out for once I fire it up, besides the obvious fluid leaks, that would be great.

-Modern Perf 60mm TB
-MSD coil

-B&M Short thro shifter
-Energy Susp eng mounts

-2Gb exterior upgrade

YOu will have to plug the vent line that goes to the valve cover. The radiator hose is fine and long as the pipes butt up to one another and you clamp it well.

Low psi your setup will work but when you start looking to up the boost you will need to get a proper IC pipe setup and replace the couplers.

a 95 should not require a missing link.
