#96596, "boosted kinda, now brakes lock"

ok, i got boost now but my brakes are messed up, ive been searching alot and thought u had it figured out but not. At first i thought that the chack valve between the intake and brake booster was bad. So i unhooked that vacume lin and plugged both sides thinking then the brake booster would be a little stiff but not lock the brakes. So i drove it and brakes were stiff at first then after about five min total lock. I had to bleaad bakes and use hand brake to get her home.
Any ideas would be greatly helpful.

P.s. Ive been coming here for years and never registered because i was always able to find answere by searching but am at a loss this time. thanks all

Are all 4 calipers locking up when you brake? are they staying locked or do they slowly release as you drive.

ya i plugged of bake booster line to c if i could determine if it was boost related, and i do believe it is all fours corners for sure front, and at first when they did this i could sit for while and would release, (that was when vacume line was hooked up), but now i let it sit for like 30 mins and still locked (with brake booster line pluged), then i bled, thanks guys for any help

Unplug the booster line, there's no reason that should be plugged. Report back immediately.

Did your brakes only begin to lock up after installing the turbo kit? Is it possible that you did something strange to one of the steel brake lines that run under the car alongside the fuel rails when modifing the fuel system for the turbo? I know, it's a shot in the dark ....

As long as you arn't doing something unnormal with your brake booster line, the turbo won't have any effect on your brakes except brake fade if your on stock brakes from the extra power, lol.

Try typing slower. Did you unplug the brake booster line?
