Well I ask because I know the problem you mean. I had about the same problem and within days I spun a rod bearing. After I put the next engine I didnt have the problem. It still does it when you are not spraying?? Have you done any fuel mods??

only thing done to the fuel system is a walbro 255lph fuel pump
let me try to explain it a little better it's like fuel cut
but i can let off the gas and till i hear it run right again floor it

Hook up a scanner (autozone will do it for free) check to see if you have a code for a MAP sensor or Cam Angle sensor. If yes replace it and clear the codes, take it out and try to make the issue happen again bring it back and check the codes again. I just had this exact thing happen to me. I hooked up the Snap-On scanner and wrote down all the codes, then cleared them. I then drove around til I made the car misfire again, checked the codes again. the only code other than EGR system malfunction (blocked off) was no 5V signal to MAP sensor. Replaced it and cleared codes. No more problem.

just a minor question.... this N02 system, is this wet or just a regular dry system. Cause only fuel mod you said you've done is a walboro fuel pump. sorry if i missed something but it sounds like your spraying and not getting enough fuel,

I also am running a test pipe (resonator) inplace of the Cat. I replaced my rear O2 sensor when I got a code for it about 3 months ago. I don't get a code for it any more. On a side note the reason I scanned that time was a misfire at WOT above 5k RPM. The only code then (again other than EGR) was Rear O2 sensor. Yet I did have a bad Cam Angle Sensor. Replaced the CAS and all was good til the MAP died on me.

Moral of the story is... Just because the scanner doesn't say it's bad, doesn't mean it's not.
