#95607, "exhaust leak"

hey i have a somewhat small exhaust leak coming from the right side of my manifold. when looking down from above it it looks a little warped out. i dunno if its just due to uneven torquing of the bolts or if the manifold itslef is warped. my question is how bad would it be to drive it for a little bit till i can fix it? i know i prolly wont get the most efficiency out of my turbo with the less gas flow but i can deal with that until i get 4g63 studs to replace the stock bolts. is there an easier way to get rid of the leak? should i loosen allt he bolts and torque them down again more evenly?

It could be warped from when it was welded. Mine was, and I had a leak. I got it decked (milled flat) for $20 at a local machine shop, and now no more leak. It is important you tighten them evenly and in an good pattern, and use a good gasket.

Yea most likely it was warped from welding because mine was also warped but got it fly cutted for $45. I think if you drive with it like it is,depending on the gap you may have a rough idle and you may warp it a bit more but who knows. There are a few factors that have to be taken into consideration.
