Just looking for some peoples opinions on which cams to get,ive heard good things from some bad from others, just wondering wat people think would be the best to get in terms of most power, and i do have a STAR stage 2 turbo kit installed, just wondering wat u all think and i have been looking at Crane 0014, so all opinions r welcome thanks

Ive read, im just looking for personal experience people who have cams and like the results, i have the star stage 2 kit, with MS, and am looking to get noticable results but still not stress my engine out too much, i have a stock motor, just looking for personl opinons please

I agree with everything said so far. I have Crower 2s. Basically having cams with a greater overlap reduces overall compression. While this helps you run larger amounts of boost you seem to get less power per pound of boost until you reach a certain point. After that point it seems to make more power. For me that was around 15-17psi. Honestly, don't ask me to explain it in great detail. This is just from my experience with my car.
If you're sticking under 15psi I wouldn't upgrade the cams. If you are going from broke and plan on running 20+psi then having cams that "breathe" better will help. It also helps keeping the power from dropping in the higher rpm range.

thanx guys, but y doesnt it do anything, dont the cams keep the exhaust and intake valves open longer, meaning more fuel and therefore more power, just curious y it wouldnt help on a boosted car

Did you read that thread I told you to? Yes Longer duration would help, and overlap helps alot on a NA car, but remember that the air is no longer getting "sucked" in. Its also being "pushed" in now. So in the same Diameter opening, you have more flow.

It's a function of overlap. Overlap is when the exhaust and intake valves are partially open at the same time.
In a normally aspirated engine, the exhaust leaving the combustion chamber helps to draw in the intake charge. This is where advanced exhaust system design theory comes into play, as a well "tuned" exhaust system will do more to pull a fresh charge into the chamber.
On a turbo car, the compressor is forcing air into the cylinder above and beyond what the natural pressure waves would, so the overlap of the cam profiles results in some of the intake charge being forced right into the exhaust. If you were to install a set of Crower 3 cams, you would have to dial much of the overlap out of them with gears, resulting in your "de-tuning" the cams and not getting your money's worth.
I've heard the Crower 2Ts are a smarter grind, but the main difference between regular cams and those designed for turbocharged applications is that the manufacturer tries to dial some of the overlap out in the specs to offer better boost characteristics.
Think about it - If boost pressure is flowing right through the combustion chamber, it's not going to build pressure as quickly as it would if the chamber was totally sealed. In Avenger's situation, above, the additional power likely comes on at a higher boost level because the turbo is then flowing so much air that the overlap starts to become a bottleneck, allowing pressure to build in the cylinder at a faster rate.
Just my thoughts on the subject. I think you would be happier investing the money on a bottom end rebuild, which would allow you to turn the fuel and boost up to make more power.

Been there done that, the more you tweak those cam gears to reduce overlap the more screwed up and weird looking the torque curve gets. I did probably 10-15 dyno pulls trying to find the sweet spot with those cams, which ended up being a waste of my time because there was no sweet spot.
