So just for giggles I decide to do a cylinder compression test. fully warmed and with the throttle open i got 175 across the board.

From what I understand for low compression pistons 8.8:1
this isnt too bad i think. at least they are even
the engine has about 50k on it
since it was rebuilt

what do you all think because I am seriously considering the s20g upgrade and want to make sure that she can handle it.

OK so maybe I need that 20g afterall. For some reason I just dont think that these pics are a normal thing to have.

There is also smoke coming out of the exhaust side of the turbine as well so as soon as it cools down enough to take the downpipe off I am going to see what the damage is.
