well now what i have a dry kit for my 98 sebring 420a i read that the fuel system wont work with this system what does that mean and is it possiable that i still use this kit?

I am not 100% sure, since I dont have N2O. But I think that you want a wet kit on a 96-99 because of the changes in the fuel system compared to the 95's. Correct if I am wrong here guys.
