Anyone know anything about these injectors(he was running them in his 1g)? I've never heard much about them but I've heard shitloads about RC engineering... Somebody I know is selling a set for $250 (is this a good deal or should I offer him less). Anyway he said they were about $400 new. My 42# ford injectors are at 95% duty cycle at 14psi with a 11.9 AFR and I'd really like to run more boost.

Those injectors are roughly twice the size of your current ones. Depending on how much boost pressure/power you are going to make they may be overkill. I bought 780's thinking that I would eventually use them 100% and with 22 psi through a 16G I can only get about 70% duty cycle, with the static pressure at 35 PSI. In other words I should have bought 650's or something. Oh well, at least I have some headroom in case I want to ever get a bigger turbo or a dry nitrous setup using the fuel injectors to add more fuel.

Hmm, well I was hoping to get a s25g someday but I guess for a while I won't be running more than 20 or so psi. Is 22psi about as much as the s16g can handle somewhat efficiently? I've seen someones sig where they dynod at 26psi or something and only made 360-380 whp with a s16g. I guess I'll get something smaller, thanks for the response.

EDIT: So I should be ok with 720's at 22 or so psi?

720's should be plenty on a s16g, I've got a combined about 735cc's on the s20g and at 20psi it's still plenty of fuel.

Fixed.

What is your hp goal or how much boost would you like to be able to run? Get injectors for what you need, dont over do it. 850s on a 16g is about as over kill as you can get.

400whp or bust.

Well I'll deffinately have the s16g for a while. What is the most boost you can run on a s16g without being rediculously out of the efficiency range? What is the most efficient range for this turbo? I'd like to run 20+psi. I guess my HP goal for now is the most that this turbo can make within reason.

Between 18-20 on the street should be safe, as long as you have all the supporting mods. Turn it up a little with some race gas. My buddy has a s16g on his 1g AWD @ 18 psi (550's with S-AFC, exhaust, stock sidemount) and his car pulls just as hard as mine does (Evo III 16g @23 psi, with every supporting mod imaginable...but I need more tuning). You can see my numbers in my sig, so he is very close to that (1g's are lighter, so I'm sure he is a little less).
