try screwing the bleed valve all the way closed, then try adjusting it.

had some prob, closed the valve, adjusted FP and then opened the valve again.

Not shure if this is your prob but the return line might be too small to let it go down any further or it might be kinked somewhere.

Okay, I changed the return to a 3/8ths hardline and now I can onlt get the pressure down to 20psi at idle. STFT is obv. -25 but it idles pretty good at 20. I wish I could get it a bit lower. I think I need an safc or some smaller injectors emoji

Other than that the car feels SOOOOO much better now while in boost it's not even funny the difference. At 10 psi it pulls alright and the timing is kinda getting pulled at like 5K but it's still running really rich so...I think theres more power there but I need a better way to control the fuel. I want MSnS.

Blair, switch to the Silver spring and try it. Not sure why you cant get it lower, i was able to on mine.

How are you connecting the SFMU to the fuel rail? 4an from rail to SFMU any chance? I ran mine T'ed of the supply line similer to the factory regulator. That could be why i was able to get mine lower.

I'm gonna try the silver spring this morning and see what happens.

I really don't understand what your talking about next though dood.

I have the Pressurized line (stock) from the tank going into the sfmu and from there it's -4an to the rail and bolting in with the 2 small bolts. The return is 3/8 right from the sfmu all the way to the back.

so I'm confused as to what your saying you did that made you able to lower the pressure more.

Please Clarify. emoji and thanks for the help. emoji

Okay, I tried the silver spring and couldn't get anything considered Low ie: less than 30psi

With the dark spring and the 2.4 disc in I'm getting it around 22psi at idle. When I'm driving the car the pressure isn't going up at static it's staying at 22 until i'm boosting which is kinda nice cause there isn't a real problem with the transition like before.

I don't know what else to really do, besides get an safc because I can't get 10-12 psi at idle for some reason. Maybe altitude and other variables come into effect here. Also, I'm only pulling 15Hg at idle but I don't think that should matter much.

Did you tighten the top lock nut with a wrench? I was hand tightening mine for the longest time before I found out it will leak unless its pretty damn tight.

Okay, good to know. I haven't really tightened it down cause I haven't found the right combo really. Once I can get low then I'll Tighten it down for sure so it doesn't move.

Remove any bleed valve or restrictor that you may have inline with the vacuum line going to the FPR.

Doug, I took off the restrictor and it didn't change anything so I've left it off. Right now I'm sitting at 22psi at idle and my cel for Fuel System Rich. And I've not had any misfires or anything so far. No black shit out the tailpipe. It generally feels pretty good.

I wish I could get it to 10 at idle and 20 staTIC . I know if would feel good then.

Yes, I couldn't get below 30 with my stock return. Changed it to a 3/8" hardline and it dropped to 20 right away with no adjustments.

But now I can't get any lower. It's running pretty good now, idles fine really just the ecu can't pull any more fuel back STFT is -25 pretty much until I'm boosting. Now at 9-10 psi i'm seeing 50ish psi and low ass egt's. I'm using the vacume screw backed out a couple turns and it lowers the boosted fp at high rpms where I was running really rich and stuttering all the time.

check to make sure the boost/vacuum screws are tightened all the way.

I had the same issues, and was dumbfounded for days before i finally checked those screws and the boost screw was a turn or so loose. Tightened it up and it'll drop down to ~10psi now if i want it to.

also, if you're using the bleed valve you need to have a check valve to avoid a vacuum leak.
