gst or is it a gs that you turboed? If it came stock with a turbo then go to dsmtuners.com and search free mods and you should come up with a few things, oh and a cheap manual boost controller to raise the boost a few pounds too

here's a link to a few of them, its a little bit down from the top of the page http://www.vfaq.com/mods/2G-upgrades.html

then there's this:
How much boost can I safely run on a with the following ?
Quick answers:
- stock fuel system, pump gas: 15 psi, or an O2 sensor reading of 0.85V minimum, or an EGT reading of 1650 degF maximum.
- upgraded fuel pump, stock turbo, pump gas: same as above.
- upgraded fuel pump and injectors, stock turbo: same as above. You will probably hit fuel cut first. Here's why.
- turbo upgrades: varies, but typically lower than 15 psi. You'll need a fuel management system before you can do much of anything more than that. Here's why.

edit you may also wanna replace the plastic 2g bov with a 1g bov, not free, but not expensive, you should also get a real boost gauge
There's also a fuel pump rewire mod which won't give you more power but will make boosting more safer
