i havent had time to troubleshoot yet because work has been nuts and i been messing with the wifes car but today i noticed my oil pressure gauge went bananas, its like well past 100psi and it joggles from zero to max as im driving down the road. checked oil fine! my question is has anyone experianced this? probably just a bad sender unit right? and question number two, im batting a thousand this week i left my lights on while i was at work today so of coarse my battery died so i got a jump and now my turbo timer doesnt work?? wtf?? think i might have fried it? again havent trouble shooted yet and wont for a few days due to work just wanted to know it anyone else experianced any of this. btw its a greddy turbo timer a week old and i used the wiring harness so i know it was all hooked up right and working for a week now, question is more along the line of can you fry it getting a jump start or what else to look for? thanks in advance
joe

well i finally had some time to take a look at things, the turbo timer is working fine now i unpluged it and pluged it back in and its working now emoji
as for the oil pressure gauge i looked at where it connects to the block (the sender unit and checked that the power line was good, the gauge i believe is broken cause it shoots to where about 150psi would be if it were on the gauge and when i drive down the road it jumps from high to low??? i think im gonna buy a new gauge set up and see where that gets me. if there was a blockage or something messing with the gauge the car wouldnt run normal right? anytime the oil pressure gauge messes up it makes me worried but the car runs fine and boosts fine as well. are gauges known for going out so soon, only about 6 months old?? thanks
