Ok, this is a long story so I will just tell the shortend version of it. I saw a good looking manifold on ebay at a really good price. I bought it now for $115. The guy would not take paypal but a money order or cashiers check. I (thought) I processed it through paypal and bought the extra insurance, it was like $6 and some change. It was picked up by USPS on Feb. 28th. It weighed 9 lbs and was about 13 to ship. The guy emails me back after countless emails on the 14th and says he has horrible news. He received the package back at his house but it was empty and had "return to sender: empty package". He said that he talked to the post office and they told him that it was an internal theft, there was no insurance on the package. Ok I called paypal and they said that it was not processed through them so they could not refund my money. What can I do or am I just f*&ked?
PS: If anybody has a cheap manifold that is not warped or cracked I will buy it, preferably a 14b flange.

With no insurance, I think you're pretty much screwed. I doubt little buddy is going to give you your money back, which he should because this thing never even got into your hands.

Yeah I looked into that but I don't have my stocker anymore. When I changed it to a 4-1 my dad threw away the stock one, it had a small hole in it. I also looked into welding a flange onto the bottom of my 4-1 but its too low, because I don't want to take out my ac.
