Ok since ive had my kit and installed it....it seems like the intake pipping is too heavy for the intercooler....for some reason my intercooler is crooked....does anyone else have this problem....what I hate about it is that I think one of the pipping is too short...cause I just went out to lunch right now and the pipping that leads to the intake manifold to the intercooler came off my intercooler.....I just put it back on but the intercooler is still crooked...I need some help how to straighten it up....damn it looks hella wierd cause its crooked...LOL any help would be nice...thanx

1. tighten the screw that holds you IC to your center hood pillar
2. loosen all your hose clamps
3. Align your IC
4. Tighten all your hose clamps

it's no fun. It's only a cosmetic deal, tho.. your IC will work just as well cocked at a slight angle as it will perfectly horizontal.

No it won't, if it's crooked...it's useless!!!!! lol Dude, I think that's the hardest part of the install!!! Getting the IC to fit...just keep working at it, it will straighten out eventually. Good Luck

Mine did the same thing. It kinda sags a bit on the driver's side. All you need is a jack and a hanger from your closet. Jack up the i/c on the side that is sagging till it's staight (bumber needs to be off). Then use the hanger to keep it in place. There is a good spot on the frame just below the headlight to attach the hanger to.
