#93613, "Great Turbo Kits"

I have recently purchased a turbo desiged to my specifications, intercooler, BOV, and exhaust manifold from www.thestreetsource.net. I must say that shipping was fast, and the total price was $1100.00. The manifold was amazing, and totally bullet proof. The BOV was as specified for my application. I have to do a little bit of fabrication for the install, but that was by my choice to save some money.
Basically for those of you out there with a bit of mechanical abilities, who are looking for outstanding, and cheap kits. I highly recommend this kit.

again
www.thestreetsource.net

Any questions, you can ask me. I have nothing but praise, and I dare anyone to beat the quality of the manifold.

Built block.
Refinished head.
Tuned suspension.
TURBO.

That is pretty nice. I might consider this website whenever I have the money for a turbo kit, since everything else will be all downhill after receiving the manifold, turbo & downpipe. Oil fittings, BOV, side-mount, IC piping and anything else I didn't mention.

My "pending" mods for the future:
1. possibly the turbo manifold, turbo & downpipe kit @ streetsource
2. 4G63 sidemount & custom IC piping
3. Crushed 1G BOV
4. FMU
5. 255 Walboro fuel pump & whatever injectors that will do fine for supporting 5-7lbs. of boost.

I got there turbo and intercooler kit. Only complaint I have about it is there intercooler kit. I was expecting an easy install but it really wasnt I had to cut some of the piping and had to order more piping and couplers. I wish I wouldve went with a different route for the price I paid for it. Customer service was good for a while then I stopped getting replies from him. I wouldnt attempt to take out a spring on the fake greddy bov, the outside of the diaphragm tore on me.. doubt its sealed now...

I was just very impressed considering the specifics that I was asking for. It wasn't like he had one option. I got the turbo created or built specifically for my application. Basically I wanted a specific A/R on the turbine, and compressor to get max spool, min. lag, but still be able to comfortably create about 12-14 psi. at WOT.

Anyhow, I have no complaints, and the price was better than HAHN especially for the sort of parts you get.

I am going to put my own incooler piping together, so about that problem with having to cut the pipes, I don't know what to say about that...

Anyhow, just a cheap alternative to someone out there savvy enough to put together his own supporting parts, i.e. piping, oil lines, etc.

I will say without a doubt, that all those jews that put down 3000.00 or better for a POS star kit, waisted their money when this kit is much better, for much less.
You really need to see a manifold to get the whole perspective. Mine looks just as good as the one pictured on the website. The beads are tight, and the finish is great.
Again, I have looked into many other kits, and into as many ways as saving money as possible, and this is definetely the biggest bang for the buck if you have a little bit of ability about yourself.

Built block.
Refinished head.
Tuned suspension.
TURBO.

Ya know, given the stereotype that Jews are penny-pinching money grubbers, i'd say the only jew in this thread is the one that bought half a turbo "kit" and some weld-el manifold from a no-name internet vendor and things he got a "good deal."
