Well, this is so vague, I appoligize. Another stupid question. I do have stock injectors on my 96.4 avenger. I believe there 190cc. I have a vortech FMU 12:1. What can these stock injectors handle PSI wise? like 9-10psi? I was also considering a fuel pressure regulator, although i think the fmu has got to be pretty close to maxing out the injectors already? Thanks fella's

Depends on the turbo used. PSI does not equal the same PSI in a larger turbo. Rule of thumb is dont push past 8psi regardless. FMU is no way to manage fuel.

you should start with a walbro 255lph high press. fuel pump. on stock injectors, 12;1 rise rate is ok. stock injetors can jam after 100-110 psi. so your only good for 5or6 psi on those injectors. get yourself some thunderbird superbird 30# injectors. red top, 315cc. they will handle 9 psi of boost. then lower the rise rate of the fmu.

the gsx pump has been used successfully by some people, but i tried it with stock injectors and it couldn't raise my fp past about 75psi. I'd say if your short on cash start with the walbro 255, 12:1 fmu and stay with stock injectors and keep the boost between 5-7psi. My car runs lean anything past that with the stockers in.

your really not the brightest crayon in the box are you? Keep spreading bad info, it benefits all of us.
Do not use T-bird SUPERCOUPE 30# injectors. They are low impedance injectors. Ford never made a superbird!

Well, I got a little money now. I think im gonna get Hahn 270cc injectors, and get a fmu recalibration. Maybe like 5:1. Thats what the hahn guy say he did, and he says he runs 10 psi no problem. Although I he probably has a Better pump.
